Kopek Construction Limited is currently demolishing houses, offices and properties in Ile-Ife without holding consultation with stakeholders. No compensation was negotiated or paid to property owners before they moved to site on Monday February 17, 2020. The standard practice is to first conduct the above due diligence before moving to site. Kopek Construction Limited failed to do the needful and is currently disrupting business and commercial activities and causing traumas for business owners in the city of Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
