A service centre for the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company establish to serve their customers who live within the Akobo axis. Services rendered Includes loading and unloading of metres, resolution of loading conflicts, processing of new metres, resolution of issues with metering, resolution of issues with loss of energy, payment of estimated billing system, resolution of issues with the estimated billing system, transformer issues and power line issues. Patronisng this centre has been a huge relief as the next service centre is far away.

Office of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company from where Electricity consumption bills for those on estimated bills are distributed. There is a help desk called customer service that listens to customers complain. It is however unfortunate that must petitions centered on over billing due to non availability of meter are not addressed thereby leaving a lot of consumers agree.
