The beach is a beautiful place with a long coastline, however, it is underdeveloped and located in a small community. The community have not had electricity in over 10years, so chilled drinks and water are really pricey there. DO NOT GO ALONE! It was just our group and the local fishermen on the beach the day we went, from what I heard there are designated days for fishing, the day we went was one of such days. The road from Ore-Igbokoda is good. Once we left Okitipupa, we met very few cars on our way to Araromi, so transportation might be an issue if you’re not with your own vehicle. We had fun sha.

The beach is a nice place for hangout. I would advise you not to go alone, it's better going in group. Boys in the area might want to charge you, just give them something. Though neglected by the government but has a lot of potentials. Bikes ply the sea shore to get to Lagos, The road to Lagos is currently under construction and may soon be ready. Drinks and water are very expensive there, you can go with yours to save cost. There is always a big party every January 2nd.

If you want to enjoy yourself, just go to Lagos beach and enjoy civilization abeg.
