I enjoyed my experience at CROWN GYM CENTRE. Before starting my one-month package at the fine establishment I had a weight of 90kg and at the end of the package I was able to take away 5kg which today gives me a weight of 85kg. If I stuck to the advice(s) of the instructor more seriously,I am sure I would been able take away much more than 5kg. It was a good experience and I really enjoyed it. Not only did I work-out and lose weight I also gained knowledge, got more educated and made a relationship with the instructor himself (MR AUSTIN). CROWN GYM CENTRE thank you.

Crown gym the best place to be. Come right away to crown gym to achieve your aims, is it body building, burning of fats (losing weight or gaining weight ) constant check of BMI, Blood pressure, Blood sugar, temperature and so many more you would get all that checked at crown gym, The manager/instructor is always at alert to attend to all your needs. Crown gym the best gym to hit.

It's really a place to be, they have a lot of equipments and a really experienced gym instructor. Creativity is at its peak if your an outside the box thinker, and personally I think crown gym center is a place to build your mental, motivational and physical muscles.

They have a lot of facilities, the instructor is very brilliant and understands each customer's needs.
