Lovely reception area. Instructors at pool were friendly and ready to help. Our reservation was mixed up and the keycard to our room also had an issue during our stay (the third day after we checked into the room). Polite customer service, ever ready to assist and make up wrongs. Housekeeping need to learn to leave towels behind, i had to constantly call almost everyday to have a towel dropped off.

I like the feel of the environment. Super awesome. - At Citilodge Hotel, Lekki, there is fridge at every zoom that I used — about 3 so this gives me the impression that you’ll meet a fridge in your room. - There is an air conditioner in all rooms just that the one in your room might be noisy and not so cool. - Their TV works so well with good lighting in the rooms too. - Nice comfortable chairs in the room. However, something needs be taken care of. - Water should be constant. I understand that water could be a costly thing in Lagos but water is one of the primary things that should be made READILY available at every hotel. - Nice job though.

Very nice hotel. Their food is soooooooooooo yummy!!! It is one of the best hotel foods i have ever eaten. I particularly enjoyed the noodles and egg/turkey and the catfish pepper soup. Every other thing about the hotel was good. Electricity was constant, rooms were clean, you get what you pay for really.

I loved staying here as everything worked right, and we even got a complimentary breakfast (see strategy). My only thing is that they didn't give soap and toothpaste, those we had to buy. But even their restaurant prices are quite reasonable. So kudos

The reservation process was easy. Checked in and got a room on the ground floor( Room 103) The room was decent and clean. Behind the room window was the place assigned to the workers to have their bath and have a change of cloth. Their constant noise and chatting was always my alarm to wake up at about 5am everyday throughout my stay.Despite my complain to the manager after the first night the noise was constant. Even after appealing to the staff to reduce their voice on one occasion the noise didnt stop.Secondly throughout my stay breakfast was the same Spaghetti prepared in different forms ( Spaghetti and fish sauce, Jollof Spaghetti and Egg e.t.c )
