Kuta city is after Gwada, which is more open and closer to the state capital, Minna. This review will cover market, schools, financial institutions, relaxation center, and sight attractions. Market. The market is named after the city, Kuta market. The days of the market are Mondays and Fridays. Agricultural produces like maize, groundnuts, soya beans, yam and yam flour etc are the major product they sell. livestock like cow, goat, fowl, guinea fowl, ducks are also traded. About the prices? You can be sure the prices are fair enough to resell. Schools There are primary and secondary schools in Kuta. They also have Federal school of technology (college) which is day and boarding. The school is after first bank and before palm. Girls day sec, Model pry, women day and so on. Financial institution There is only one financial institution in Kuta which is first bank. Avoid using the ATM on market days and on pay day. The whole of Shiroro LGA make use of that bank so you can imagine how crowed it will be on those days. Relaxation centre. like the northern parts, relaxation centres where alcohol is serve is usually outskirt of the town. But there are some coded places one can still get it in the town. But for the purpose of this review, Palm Guest house and Area 2. I prefer Palm because I just want to take a bottle and nothing more. sight attraction Did I include sight attraction? well, there are towering hills surrounding the city. shiroro dam is 30 minutes ride from Kuta. Because of insurgents, one will have to go with letter of introduction from appropriate organisation before one can gain entry. I hope this review is helpful to anyone planning to visit Kuta.
