There was no network service so I could not do what I went there for

It is okay... But currently out of service

It is the worst MTN Service center I have been to, others have better customer service, maybe because of the area, i got there 3:15pm and the security didn't let me in (works for Satana Security) saying they have closed, it was until we insisted you cant close your doors to customers till your closing time, before a cleaner who was very nice, attended to us and opened the gate so we could wait to be attended to... while we were asking for reasons why an MTN center would close its doors to customers before closing time, a Lady called Francesca came out and when we were asking her questions ( we were under the rain, locked out of the gate) she rudely just walked away with a very saucy attitude... I reported all this to their manager Mary who was also a very nice person but I hope she takes it up... apart from all that, after getting in , it didnt take them up to minutes to attend to me, the attendant was very professional and fast
