I can give 0 rate if there's anything like that. Prepare your mind to wait for hours even if you are on appointment. Time wasters. Poor service.

The service are very good. The treatment protocol is detailed and thorough. The staff are warm, friendly and disciplined. The facility is clean and hospitable with a serene environment. They have 24 hours electricity and the catering services are also great. Highly recommended to patients across the West African subregion.

I've been there. What surprised me the most is the way they manage patients and queues using an ERP system. This encourages fairness and ensures that people's needs are met.
