It's clean, cozy and the staff are amicable. The only hitch is that the restaurant has a limited food menu... couldn't get what I wanted to eat.

Spacious apartments, ACs working very well but services (Bar, Restaurant, reception)are very very slow

The staff here are sooo confused or should i say overwhelmed. Any request u make will get attended to 2 or 3hrs after, food inclusive. Some will spill into the next day, that is of course when u must have gotten tired of calling front office.I was impressed when i came into the hotel, beautiful space, friendly staff but speed of service delivery is disappointing. I believe the guys at the front office intentionally disconnect the receiver to avoid being disturbed. A particular day, the line wasn’t connecting for over an hr till i used my mobile number to call the hotel phone line i saw on google then someone picked.
