It is impressive that the hospital runs multi specialty services. The doctors and clinical staff are competent and professional however, the front desk and billings staff especially the HMO billings have awful attitude. They clearly treat you like trash if you are paying via insurance. I feel they can be trained to remain professional.

In this hospital, response to emergency is superb. No much fuse. After-care is great. Staff are friendly and they look professional too - the sort of professional outlook that gives confidence. They also seem to have a wide range of specialist competence. It appears though that space might be an issue when there are lots of patients to attend to.

Isalu is the best hospital i have used so far. Was treated with utmost care before, during and after delivery such that i didn't want to go home. Lol.. keep up the good work guys!
