Terrible customer service. They told me they couldn't find my online booking even though I called the number on the salon card THEY gave me numerous times to verify my appointment and no one picked up. The receptionist was so rude, she was on the phone whilst speaking to me when I entered. The salon wasn't that busy so I asked if they could I could still get the pedicure done and she said no. I was so confused because I drove 1 hour plus to get there. I said I would try to fine a different salon nearby then and she said "okay. bye." I still shocked at how rude and unprofessional they were. Don't waste your time coming here.

The stylish knows their onions but the front desk needs a whole lot of training. Especially returning calls,you wonder if their WhatsApp works.

I loved it! My hair was pampered before it got laid into knotless braids. The ambience was great and the stylists knew what to do. Will definitely visit again.

Ambiance was nice and the overall service was good, I had braids done and I loved the results, however, as with almost all saloon in Lagos, the hairdressers keep chatting while working , I hope the management would take that into consideration.

I liked my mani pedi. Nice space. Staff was better behaved than I expected. Pricey.
