I gave Charcoals 3 stars because, although the dishes were relatively cheap, their customer service wasn't so good, the food wasn't so tasty too. The light went off and there was no backup power source on a pretty hot day. The interior design did make up for it a bit tho. I also like it because it has a separate restaurant for kids and also a playground, so it's a cool place to take your kids for a playdate. Overall, it wasn't a totally bad experience but I doubt I'll be going back anytime soon.....

It's a really cool place to take friends and family to. Kids also have a place there. Their foods and snacks are on very good.

Great meals. Delicious Suya. Awesome Icecream. Soft and Tasty Bread. Nice pub view. Also, play ground for children during festive seasons. What's more? Charcoal's definitely got something awesome.

The environment was generally okay and conducive although the food was not so great, the staffs are quite efficient.
