Yes, it is located on Prof. Abowei street GRA, but locating it on a first time visit can be very difficult. It's known by the name "House 22" more than the stated name Modex and if one is solely depending on the map, the location pin and the actual location aren't the same. It should be looked into to avoid losing potential visitors. It offers a certain level of privacy, quiet environment etc. During busy times, car parking space becomes a problem as cars will be directed to park by the road side. The services should level up too for the amount required.

It's private. Kind of difficult to locate. Although the address is boldly written, there's no sign.

I made booking online but couldn't stay once I arrived. Maybe because they had on going construction at the reception area...or It's not just for me. Wasn't worth 18k though.
