I'm a native of this Land,Idokpo Market has been for ages which I really can't guarantee how old it has been.Its popularly known as Oja, which holds every five days,The market is majorly known for garri business, people from neighboring villages like Abakaliki,Igumale,Enugu etc come to buy or sell their stuffs. My experience here when I visited,was quite cool,goods are cheaper that's why Traders from other state could come buy to resell.But I hope to see changes soon.
