The hotel is located along the road precisely in Itori on the road to Abeokuta, after Ifo when coming from Lagos state. The rooms are spacious and have a good ventilation and toilet facilities. There is also a swimming pool within the hotel, a bar is located upstairs by the left when entering the hotel. The hotel has a spacious parking space. Just opposite the hotel is Itori Police station.

It was my first time being there last week Saturday and the staff ain't friendly. I went there for a wedding, I was asked to get water for washing plates for the party and I went to the kitchen to ask the female chef for water and she directed me to ask the gateman"Ask the gateman where you will get water"Na for Naija hotels water no dey, dey kitchen 😡. On my way going out of the kitchen, I saw a bathroom opened and I decided to fetch water there, unknown to me when she passed she went and off the water from the back. I was like, this water dey rush well before na 😲.But the hotel looks nice and clean but they staff are unfriendly, them look person like mumu and one of the men staff abuse a lady with yoruba language thinking she might not hear her simple because she told him"Una know say dem dey do wedding for una place today, una come leave una towels outside.If person mistakenly stain am with oil na double work for una ooh".
