This is the place to visit in the Ota environs for farming utensils and equipment. Feeds of all kinds are available as well. I have had a few business dealing with Totmak and it has always been a great experience.
It's great to have a place like Totmak Farmers but for people that are not in That vicinity can we place an order?
The farmer's center has brought all necessary products next door to the farmers. The introduction of the analytical lab is a plus. However, customer services is very poor. You see evident lackadaisical attitude portrayed by the sales girls. While customers are waiting, you see one or two of the sales girls sitting idle instead of attending to the waiting customer. Thus the time spent in waiting is not justified. These sales girls need to go to eateries to understand salesmanship.
Totmak Farmers Centre is a place to be. This company has completely changed the perception of Agric business in Nigeria. Their customer service is excellent and other service delivery is close to non.
The farmers Centre online store is a plus. They want all farmers to do their business with ease.
