This is Nigerian postal service, incase you have a shippment in transit, they will normally call you to their office to collect it there, they won't deliver to our address.NEVER.

I can't tell if the place is functional because the environment is not well kept and the structures there are not good looking but I normally see people there, I don't know if they are workers or not.
