They have really good customer service. Please note that there are two hotels with the same name. One is way older and poorly maintained. The other is much more modern. Google map took us to the older one with very bad roads. We had to ask people in the area for direction to the newer one. They're both budget hotels. Think about 1/2 star hotel. Google should update their map to reflect both hotels.

The Gloria rendezvous Hotel Annex is located in the good environment and their service is good. The hotel is well secured and good for accommodation.
