I've had a very terrible experience here at Konga. I ordered for an item that turned out to be defective. It was returned the third day. Nearly a month now, Konga has refused to refund my money. I've written series of mails but yet to get my refund

I went to pick up an order and there was no delay from the moment I entered till I got out, it was all hospitality, everyone was just nice.it took less than 3 minutes in total It turns out they also sell Electrical appliances like phones USB and more

This outlet of Konga was recently opened barely a month ago as at time of this review. Konga is an online store and according to their billboard, some of the things to expect to be sold are phones of different brand, wines and spirit among others.
