Basic swimming pool, we only go there for swimming lessons. Not sub-tropic. Administration and communication needs some improvement.

What a customer unfriendly and stiff company Optisport is! 💩💩
For almost 2 years my youngest daughter has an hour of swimming lessons every week, but still no diploma. My other 3 daughters got their A / B diplomas within 1.5 years at Bad Bloemendaal !!
Spoken several times over the last year by telephone and / or emailed, whereby they, including manager Fabian, indicate that they will come back to my complaint, but then do not speak up again. Until now, Optisport's policy was: no swimming lesson package and / or diploma guarantee. But what amazes me: this summer they have a new promotion, namely 3 weeks swimming lesson with diploma guarantee!
Of course I called and discussed what this could mean for our daughter after 2 years. Very simple according to Optisport, because she can participate at the full rate (798 euros). Nothing else was possible.
Stiff and customer unfriendly as they always have. We are sorry and a missed opportunity ... 👎💩
Beautiful modern swimming pool, unfortunately far too few options for a family. Indoor pool only, limited sunbathing area outside. Afrader
