Super expensive (27 euros) for a bad cut. My ears are not even symmetric, and I have now a "bowl cut" which is obviously not what I had asked for!

My daughter wanted highlights in her hair. The first time it wasn't really great ... But when we went back about it a few weeks later, they immediately admitted that the highlights were not set very well the first time and they have done it again for free and now it's fine. Great service!
