Last Monday I came to pick up an order. I have left work earlier to be there at least 15 minutes before closing time, I arrived at 17:42 and the doors were just closed. (Closing time is indicated at 18:00) The two employees inside saw me standing but did not come out to explain why they decided to close earlier, I think this is not a way of providing services, what you can expect from a chemist. Etos that is right next to it and shows a lot more profesionality if you ask me.
