The food arrived 1 hour late and missed sushi pieces. Normally, I am not really difficult when only a few pieces less are delivered. But now, when it is delivered one hour later than expected without giving notice I called for this complaint. They reacted friendly, a few staff members were ill and therefore the food was too late. They gave me extra sushi pieces to replace the missing pieces.
The taste was very good and they took into account my allergies!
So after a phone call, good service and friendly delivery man.
It took 2 hours for the food to show up. And the food was not very good.

Order ordered at half past five would be there within 44 minutes. So this became an hour and a half. drop off at the door without excuse or whatever. Call after you get the usual excuse and you can get to the next one
Order something from them. And the kitchen staff are blamed. Why provide a phone number if they don't do anything with it anyway. And the staff that you get on the phone is still rude, they blame someone else. If you are unable to lead, find another job.
This was no to the most bad and unprofessional service I've made too. And I will not recommend sushi Ede to anyone
Very bad, it takes a long time to deliver, also the take-out is sometimes dramatic. I will never order here again. Irregular mess
