Good quality products. When purchasing, they took extensive attention to answer your questions. Exhter with installation problems, there was no response. Phone was not answered and questions were not answered on chat.

Top service, product and price. Feather set ordered, and delivered the next day, the packaging was slightly less (the box was open all around, so the springs protruded upon delivery). But the spring set was of excellent quality for a very competitive price. very satisfied with HBopeners.

Fast correct delivery, but always ask to send a photo in case of problems. As if the lack of a screw needs more explanation. Already 2 times the comment that I have mounted the opener incorrectly .... Hardly think along unless I order.

I have ordered the HBJR-600 garage door opener. Was sent the same day, after I had asked a few questions via the app which type would be suitable for us, answering went very smoothly here. Receive package as described, assembling the opener is easy, clear description included. Only the installation was a bit more difficult in our garage, because we have a low ceiling, some things had to be adjusted there. The already existing fixed button in the garage was not easy to connect, while according to HBO openers this should be possible. The system was always short-circuited. After this we contacted us by telephone, where we received clear instructions on how we might be able to solve the problem. Just had a little more work with the installation as indicated, but this was due to the existing construction with us. Contact with HBopeners was smooth and uncomplicated, the order was shipped the same day as promised. And here we have another garage door that opens and closes again automatically. So can only give 5 stars for this. Thanks and maybe until next time!
