Funeral flowers for the coffin, delivered too late. Ordered on Friday afternoon.2 large flower arrangements. They would be delivered early Saturday afternoon. We called 20 minutes before closing style. What do you hear then? "Oh they are still in the cooling system. We have completely forgotten them. Thank goodness that you are still calling." They had completely forgotten the flower arrangements. Even though one of us hadn't thought about it, the store was otherwise unreachable the weekend and the funeral procession left Monday morning without flowers.
At Post.nl, funeral home has priority. Clearly not at Flamingo Bellestein. What a mockery.
Incredibly careless. A warning for those who read this. I got a comfort bouquet for all fright and panic as a good man. Well, 1 star is too much no matter how beautiful the bouquets are.
