Beautiful plant pots ordered on-line. Received a personal email that the delivery would take a little longer (a few days). Very thoughtful.
After delivery it turned out that I had ordered the wrong size. No point for Mekelenkamp. Then we will come and exchange them personally! Sending it takes far too long and the pots have a chance of breaking.
What service! !!!
Anyone who still thinks that artificial plants have the same quality as they used to in grandma's living room is completely wrong. The quality of the products and especially the service from Mekelenkamp is superb! The range is huge and they are happy to think along with you! Definitely worth a visit to the (online) showroom.
Very pleasant and personal help. Both offices at BTD have a green wall. Neatly hung and with a very nice result. Will definitely choose Plantenman again next time.
In my view, Ferrie and his team show what customer service should be like. Apart from the beautiful plants and the good advice, they also offer a maintenance option. Ideal. No more worrying about the plants in the office and everything stays alive. Absolute must.
