Unfortunately not such good experiences with the UMC. Appointments that are only honored after 4 days, at the time of discharge (just before the weekend), instead of on time. For example, the removal of the stomach tube had to be lifted over the weekend; it was no longer possible to practice eating. Understandable: a shortage of staff, but the lack of contact about this, I find quite antisocial. As the first contact person, I had expected a call (or 3), certainly after I had already called the department 4 times (once a day), to ask if the speech therapist had already visited and I could come by every day to to help with food. Zero at the petition, and finally, in my absence, my aunt was checked, found too light, and discharged from the hospital. I have submitted a complaint.
