Called just an hour before my daughter's appointment that a planning error had been made and that the appointment for eye test and eye check could not take place. In itself an error can happen, but it is very annoying that it only becomes known so shortly in advance. Call off babysitter, change plans, upset children. The tone of the ladies I spoke to was not understanding and there was no participation. They hide behind each other and the long waiting lists and show no understanding or flexibility to find a solution for a 5-year-old girl who had stomach ache for days and slept badly due to tension before the appointment. She can only go to work in 5 weeks now. Addition: after explaining the situation again in an e-mail, I was called the next day and my daughter was able to visit a week later. The actual visit was very pleasant and professional

Very good clinic. Was suffering from aftercare. Helped by Dr. Peters with a week. Can't help but give a big compliment to all the staff.
