Maurice lacroix watch> have been coming here for a long time, never had a problem, had the battery replaced 2-3 wks ago, had a problem closing the bottom cover, same action replaced battery every year after satisfaction, now for the past 6 years repeat problem watch stopped after 2-3 wks battery again? back went for diagnosis, maybe contact battery problems, repair, replacing battery would take longer due to busyness, was called in the afternoon was not connected to battery, watch had to be sent for repair, did not agree and would provide a second opinion himself, went by to pick up the watch and was told that the watch worked again but in the evening it stopped again. had unfriendly treatment which I had never had in all those years, perhaps that background issues were the cause of this (stress, accident owner allegedly), now lacked professionalism that you can expect in this environment in terms of customer satisfaction and repair so now for a second opinion by someone else. Unfortunately! Wish you the best! Second opinion continued twice, including by v maanen repair price over € 300, also last by Maurice Lacroix himself in Germany, same costs, strangely enough, no answer could be given about the cause of a watch that always worked well and always stopped at tyd for battery replacement and now suddenly for € 300 euros damage after battery replacement!
