Asked to renew a watch battery. Otse's judgment was that the battery was not empty, but the watch was broken. Another jeweler said that the watch was fine, but that the battery was empty. Watch works fine again. Otse asked for a response but he did not respond.
A link had gone from a necklace bought from Otse. In our opinion we didn't get caught anywhere but acc. Otse could not do otherwise. The repair costs I found very high and I also indicated this to the seller. We have been a customer for years, but unfortunately Otse did not meet us. I expected more service and am quite disappointed.
This store has declined by leaps and bounds, what a bad service.
My watch band was damaged during a battery change.
After I asked this somewhat balding gentleman about it, he became very aggressive and was treated very rude, so of course I never come here again and advise no one to buy here.
Well assisted in finding out the engagement ring by experienced and knowledgeable staff who know how to ask the right questions.
I also bought my glasses and sunglasses here and for service I can always drop by.
A very good store with expert staff who think along with you and give good advice. I'm super happy with this
