I came close with problems with the battery to stand still (engine). Immediately they thought along with me, could I borrow a battery charger and a bicycle and there was no rush to bring this back. At home I was able to charge the battery and return the items later. And I wasn't even allowed to pay for it! Top service and a friendly smile. Perfect :)
