I loved everything I ate and I wished there was more. If you will pick one restaurant to eat at Apeldoorn. Spicebrush is it.

Great restaurant with cool concept of 3 small dishes per appetizer/main meal/ desert. This allows up to 9 different dishes to taste. The food was well presented, tasted good, and we got some free small bite sized food in between courses. Would recommend!
You choose 3 small meals per course, allowing for a very rich and varied meal.
Quality of the food was excellent and the spicing appropriate and varied. The palate cleansers especially caught me by surprise. Service was pleasant and atmosphere calm with good, slightly upbeat old music.
I think I'd recommend this place if you're in Apeldoorn.
A very cosy warm place to have lunch and dine. Courses are nicely garnished. You may pick starters and three main dishes. They serve the three main dishes on one plate. They remember who ordered what. They probably have a system for that. They were very attentive, super friendly and service is awesome! The food was great. And you can try out their wines from a machine and choose the one you like. It's best to make a reservation.
