Nice shop. Thinks along with the customer. I don't understand that others have had a negative experience here. Think it really is up to the people themselves. Super nice man who can help you with everything and takes the time for you. No unnecessary costs because Ralf advised me perfectly with my new Vodafone subscription. Really recommend!

Very unkind and non-cooperative staff. A while ago I had my phone made here which I got a guarantee on, then my screen does not work anymore and I still have to pay 140 euros for the second time. Really ridiculous.
