ST-shop | Licht en Geluid

For the time being not such a best experience. We ordered something and it was delivered elsewhere in the street. Signed with a name that does not match that of the residents at this address. Number of times emailed and called, every time the promise that it will be checked, unfortunately without result. In the meantime a few weeks later and today I had contact with ST-Shop again. They assumed that it was already arranged, they had not heard anything anymore (it seems to me that you check this out, that has after-sales ...) They will check again and will inform us about this. We are confident that it will now be resolved and that we will either receive things or get our money back. In other words: to be continued.

Bad experience, first incorrectly delivered, then no subsequent delivery with the right product. I had to pay the costs of sending back myself and afterwards I heard nothing. Do not do business with them, they will not follow these. Amateurs
