These people place defective screens and / or are not careful enough when placing a screen. After 1 week of cures and then claim that it is not covered by the warranty because I arrive late for them (despite the fact that you supposedly have 3 months warranty). Even as a regular customer you will be treated here without respect. You won't see me again. edit: wise telecom now claims that my phone screen was broken, so this was not the case. the screen was weird (repeated itself). The phone had no damage (because it had not fallen). This company lies and cheats. Just go to a reliable company then you're always in the right place (compusupply in Zeist)

This is sincerely a worthless shopkeeper. Beware! Refurbished iphone returned to my 11-year-old daughter half a year ago. She has been saving for a long time. She was super happy. Pretty soon there was unfortunately a problem. He did not make contact with the SIM card at times. Returned. A day later picked up. We only had to order a new SIM card. Done (cost 10, -). It seemed equally good. Then again the same problem. Returned. Well, then I have to send him. Fine. Back up at home first. Couple of days / weeks through holidays between. My daughter is dropping the iphone in the meantime. Crack in glass but not as annoying with all iphones. Will we return to the WISE yesterday, to leave him behind for the SIM card problem, he says: yes, I can not do anything with this. The glass is broken ....... so you get an invoice for the repair of the problem with the sim card ....... well say. I really went out of my plate. My daughter in tears. Iphone taken and gone. Dear Sirs of WISE; I buy a new Iphone for my daughter and I will personally ensure that, in any case, everyone I know in the Bilt and surroundings (and there are quite a lot of them), will no longer put your feet on the threshold. What a worthless but especially sad display. So you do not deal with children and customers. Bah.

Have my phone (iphone7) repaired at Wise today and I am super satisfied, Helped quickly because I was able to pick up my phone after 45 min and top quality!
