Great shop with a lot of knowledge .. actually you can go here for everything .. professional advice and if they don't have something they'll tell you where to go.

While I expressly stated that I have not had good experiences with own brand cartridges for my printer and also asked for canon cartridges, I received unsolicited advice to try their own brand. If it doesn't work, I would get my money back. The cartridges were leaking before I put them in the printer. The prints were not ok. I came back to show this and also showed pictures of my forever smeared table top and floor but forgot the receipt so they didn't take the cartridges. I could get in there, no problem, I would look up the receipt. When I came to the store again I spoke to the other employee and now the comment was: 'But 2 of the 5 cartridges are already half empty. So you could just print 'Yes, I made about 20 copies after alignment and other program-technical actions, but this was a test and not a single copy was successful. The fact that he did not want to take them back is a disappointment, but I found the approach more annoying: that you are suspected of abuse. Bah.

Been here a while ago to have spare keys made. The funny thing was: the 2 spare keys did not fit well. That can happen is human. I have been helped here very nicely and friendly. And they took all the time for me. I think that is at least as important.
