I would not work with this company. They make promises they don't keep and just leave you with a leaky gutter for two months. No message that it will be later, but a quick response to cancel the assignment if you complain about it. Customer service is not important to this business.
Well arranged, Martijn friendly man who knows everything. Took a while because of their busy schedule but was definitely worth the wait. Beautiful new boiler and the Remeha app already installed. Definitely recommended, also in terms of price!
A particularly friendly family business. We have been living in Apeldoorn for a year now and have already had Groothedde carry out a number of things. They all met the agreements we made with them. From us no discord. On the contrary. Of all times we can say that we are extremely satisfied. They are very neat in their work and the implementation thereof. If something is accidentally forgotten, we just have to call and they will try to come by the same day. Which has always happened so far. We therefore absolutely recommend them!
Weird company. Only do boilers from remeha. And are also very cheeky on the phone !!
I only suggested that the receptionist mention this on the site.
But she did not like this and immediately hung up the phone.
This does not seem like a good way to deal with potential customers.
