Various quotes requested. Van Beter Duurzaam had a very extensive explanation and on the basis of that the quotation (of 07 December 2020) was sent digitally, very soon afterwards a telephone call with the question whether the panels could be installed on 12, 13 or 14 January 2021. The installation is done quickly, properly and professionally. No rush job and also time for further explanation and time for coffee. Friendly people, without more to recommend. Even received compliments from the direct neighbors. Really beautiful, all-black panels.

Clear quotation, good communication with the seller, fast delivery. The installation was constructed in two days, and work was done properly. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable, true artists on the roof !. The panels were not completely installed according to the agreed installation plan, but this was later resolved to our full satisfaction. Reclaiming the VAT is an excellent service.

After requesting several quotations from various suppliers, we opted for Better Sustainable. The quotation amounts were not far apart. For us, this certainty of the SolarPower brand with which Beter Duurzaam works was the deciding factor.
After a good conversation, in which all my questions were answered with a lot of patience, we soon had an appointment for the placement.
The installation was done quickly and professionally by friendly staff and the system is immediately functional and can be consulted via the app.
Completing the additional administrative matters was also started on the same day.
All in all, a great result and a satisfied customer!
