The ordered flowers for my girlfriend never got to her. They were handed over to the neighbors, who then no longer opened them. The flower shop took no responsibility and treated us like nagging children. No service and very customer unfriendly.
Here does a lady who was incredibly attentive. She wrapped the Christmas presents carefully, and after checkout and when I got home I noticed that the total price was not quite right. When I came next time, she said during the checkout: last time I made a mistake so I now subtract that. I had not said anything! A real person who apparently had thought about it. To be silent too. Small human friendliness. Top.

I ordered flowers here for my bridal hairstyle sample. Upon pickup, they were said to not have one of the two types of flowers on the order today. It is not for nothing that I place an order. Never come here again.
