Not taking someone seriously who knocks for help is serious !! This is not ok!

Keeping appointments is a problem. Would be called Tuesday for test results, after waiting 2 weeks. Did not happen. Called about this, now would be Wednesday. Not happened again. And again called. The promise was now: Thursday around noon. And yes, it didn't happen again! This is really inhuman !!! You don't treat people that way. After a whole angry phone call and luckily a very helpful secretary, I was called back after 15 minutes. However, by another gynecologist. People, this really has to be different. My confidence has been seriously damaged.

The gynecologist and assistant were super nice and reassuring. Only very bad communication, You get a piece of paper from the gynecologist that you will be called in 3 weeks for the result, eventually you hear nothing more, you call yourself and it is said, "you received a piece of paper, you should have taken it to the counter" I was not told that and then you have to make a call appointment and that is difficult for me, and only for a result. At times when you have to work, so no phone can keep with you. Nice that it is also taken into account, not so, very unfortunate this.

Personally very involved, caring and going beyond what is expected of an average doctor, that is what I think about when it comes to the Gelre. This applies in particular to Dr. Paarlberg. Thank you.
