Not the friendliest personel.

Very often badly helped, if you buy something broken it falls under your own risk. When you come back with it, the staff is grumpy. Sometimes with a bit of luck you will receive a discount code. I wanted to have a hole shot, this was my first time, but I don't think they knew anything about it themselves, an employee showed me what to choose from and never came back to me. So in the end I had my holes shot at someone else. In short: BAD.

Bought a bracelet set for around 40, - right here. Unfortunately, one of these bracelets was already broken within 3 days. I then called whether the voucher could be sent digitally, unfortunately this was not possible. Then I went to the shop and it took a lot of time (and also complaining of an employee) to find the receipt. I understand that searching takes time, but that you repeatedly express this frustration to your customers. I was asked if I could come back later, fine. When I returned, the "new" bracelet including receipt was in an envelope, stapled. When I got home to open this one had gotten a dirty armamd. There were spots and a lot duller than the previous one. The customer service is not great, on the phone I got a somewhat grumpy lady and the same in the store. This while I think as a customer: isn't it a lot more annoying for me? Had to go all the way back to Apeldoorn to arrange for a broken bracelet within 3 days. Pity. And then also get a dirty bracelet. That will be another jeweler next time. Summary: Customer service sucks when something needs to be arranged. Products break quickly (probably due to the brand).

This shop is not even worth 1 star, what a rude and unfriendly saleswoman, this saleswoman is not suitable to work here. There are many lucardi shops in the area where you will be helped very friendly. This store is definitely not recommended.
