My husband had bought a few suits from this store. Including a wedding suit. Pants turned out to have been wrongly altered in Almelo Jac Hensen, which they admitted after that one button had already fallen off after less than six months. Then his pants also ripped out a little at the seams on the buttock flat, the back pockets just didn't look so nice anymore. Very annoying because he has worn that suit maybe 11 times in 1.5 years. Then they entertained it in Apeldoorn and we had to pick it up again, while we live in Zwolle. When we came home, there is suddenly a hole in the trousers .. immediately called. We were allowed to go to the clothes maker in the area and it was reimbursed. Very nice that that was possible, but a pity that it ended here. Meanwhile 3x 45min. driven up and down. Bad service for such an expensive suit ... And as a loyal customer who has already bought several suits there ... Have now lost a customer .. beautiful suits for sure, but if something is not right, the service is poor ..
