Fedex sent me an invoice for custom tax AND their service regarding this tax and it is 23 eur when my goods cost 40 eur! Is it not to much for the service that i never asked for? No one gave me even a choice, just pay and that's it. I would better not have those goods delivered

Delivery driver came by just to drop off the ''missed you'' notice. I called FedEx and after waiting 20 min (average wait time was supposedly 5min) the representative informed me the driver did ring and that is why he thought i was not home. She also informed me that they would not be able to deliver it today anymore and that the next delivery date would be the day after. After informing them i would complain and the call ending, suddenly the driver had the time to show-up and make the delivery. This time, the doorbell magically worked...
