It only opens at 3 pm and you can pick up your package from 3 pm to 6 pm and if you work in the evenings and your package is there you have to wait a long time before you can pick it up. Plus point is you bring your package for return, you scan it and you put it in the roll container and ready. Only pick up for that you have to wait until 3 pm. Other than that the employees are always friendly and helpful.
