The range of shoes is good, therefore also 2 stars .... the service ..... which service you better ask yourself. I have been in the store for over an hour and no one asked if they come and help me. (3 staff all together !!! And maybe 3 customers in the store) Finally asked if one of them could / would help me with a different size. I had to wait a while because the lady was busy with something else .... and the other 2 ladies? At checkout I heard from a customer next to me that she got shoes yesterday and that the zipper was already broken. They were not allowed to return money / give new shoes, only repair ..... antisocial. Actually regret buying my shoes here and hope (for the ladies from Nelson) that I don't have any problems with the shoes. 1st and last time I've been here.

Bought shoes for my son from Nelson downtown. There was a huge staff shortage, so I was in the store with my child for more than an hour. Then the zipper on the side of the shoe broke after 3 weeks. Nothing is done with it by Nelson. We could leave them behind and pick them up after a week; So in total 3 times to the city center for a pair of shoes, which we would then also lose for a week. Never again Nelson for us.
