The mittens are really nice and warm, they let no wind through so no cold hands anymore. The merino soles are also a solution, what a delight on my feet! I am extremely satisfied with the entire processing of my order. I really recommend Woollies to everyone!

I have worn a lot of slippers, but Woollies are the ones that can handle my intensive use on a wooden floor. Because of the rubber sole you can also take a few steps outside with it. I would not want another. Good service. Easy contact with the webshop owner.

After ordering the Woollies Comfort slippers in my own (normal) size, I received these directly by return mail. At inspection the slippers looked very good in quality. And then immediately fit of course! Unfortunately they didn't fit me well. They pinched their toes. A size larger seemed the solution. I therefore asked how I could exchange them for a larger size. I was assisted in this by the website in the most friendly and helpful way. Upon receipt of the larger size immediately fit again! The size was now perfect in length, but unfortunately too wide in width. Now it should be noted that I have rather difficult feet, because very narrow. When I buy shoes, only shoes in a narrow fit me well. I unfortunately had to return them again, which I was very sorry, because they were indeed very nice and warm. My experience with this web store is very positive. Despite my difficult feet, I have always been exceptionally courteous in communication. The financial settlement also went very well. And with the quality of the delivered product, I think it is also good. For people with narrow feet, the Woollies Comfort slippers that I tried out are unfortunately not suitable.
