Bad service Wait 20 minutes while 1 member of staff is standing next to you but has no knowledge of the matter and says my colleague will come soon, unfortunately this colleague started helping other people every time while we wait together after 20 minutes I gave up. Never go there again.

Hoza always provides excellent service, before, during and after purchase. Just outside the warranty period, the table of our garden set purchased over 2 years ago began to degrade to such an extent that the table was no longer beautiful nor usable. We contacted the Hoza and they solved this problem excellently for us by proactively thinking along and taking quick action. We are very satisfied with the solution provided. An example of how things should be done, so our next garden purchase will certainly come from Hoza again. Thanks!

Good DIY store and "small" hardware store. Even 1 single nail or screw for sale. Of course also larger material for house and garden.
