Poor handling of a very serious problem on a second-hand recently bought Mercedes A class. Not at all accommodating in my opinion. Ykema was not at home. The car was not bought by me from Ykema, I was closely involved.

Bought a neat Mercedes from Durk, man with an understanding of cars, this is his passion and his life. He runs the company with his wife. He could tell me the entire history of the car, and all maintenance was neatly displayed. If I ever want to trade in this Mercedes, I will certainly contact you, so far more than satisfied.

(this review says nothing about the quality of the cars but more about the communication / information provision) Bit of a blurry experience, car first always not present (apparently on transport to dld (without export papers ??). Car turned out to be completely different color and not with the options as described .... (no steering heater, no 19 ") Based on this but decided not to go there. Made the garage owner very happy; "there are at least 3 who want to buy it directly from me, I am very happy that you cancel!" Now (a good month later) the car is still on his site ............

Super service !!!!! Me car went yesterday morning on a Sunday, durk has come along and have nicely got a car on the same day!
