Mr. Bauer is very careful and professional. I have already had about ten watches serviced by him (both antique and modern watches) and never complaints. I highly recommend him as he repairs watches that other watchmakers find too complex.

Bad service. My friend delivered two watches worth $ 1,200 to be repaired two years ago. The company then stopped responding and never returned the watches.

+ watch functions again; + telephone accessibility. - unsecure (scratch on the bottom after repair, white stain on the inside of glass after repair); - watch smells of tobacco after repair; - unfair (for questions about how the scratch on the eighties was created: "I cannot remember that I was shot."); - not very service-oriented (did not answer the question using the contact form; once the mail was called, the telephone could not answer at that time, no response via mail or another call at another time). After reading the reviews about this company, I decided to offer my watch for repair. Afterwards I regret that I did, see the points above. Solution according to Mr. Bauer would be coming by again with my watch. Not for me anymore, go to a watchmaker who is honest, works accurately and provides service with a smile.
