Excellent parking and also free in the heart of Sneek.

When we wanted to leave the parking garage, the gate did not open anymore. The machine did not grab the ticket, and that was the case with more people. The intercom did nothing except produce a nasty beep. With the mobile number that should be available, I received the voicemail twice and I was not called back. We did hear the security number in Amsterdam, but they also couldn't open the gate remotely. I was told that a malfunction would be reported and we had to deal with it. In the end we came out of the garage due to a lot of inventiveness and cooperation of the victims in the garage. But they have never heard of customer service at the Normandy garage.
